Student Council election of class representatives will take place today, Monday.

Good luck to all.

Students, please bring one flower from your yard on Tuesday, if possible as we will be observing parts of a flower in science.

Congratulations to Jason Bauder who was our Student of the Month for September.

On Thursday, there will be a Family Mass as we celebrate the feast of St. Francis of Assisi.  The Blessing of Pets will take place at 1:00 P.M.

The Inaugural Ball will take place on Friday afternoon. This is a Dress-Up event.

Our tentative academic agenda will be as follows:

Math- Mid-Chapter Test Today-continue working on Chapter 4-

 Multiply by One and Two Digits

          For fun math activities related to the daily class lesson go to           www.progressinmathematics.com and go to the Student Center

Spelling-working on Lesson 5, long a and long e words

          Generally spelling tests will be given every Friday. 

Reading- focused skill- character, reading selection- Addie in Charge

                                               

English-continuing Grammar-Chapter 1-   4 Types of Sentences

Religion-concluding Chapter 2 –God is Faithful, Test Wed. 10/3/12

       Also working on Unit 1 Review

          Please bring your rosary for morning assembly.

Science- continuing Chapter 1- Plant Function and Structure, Lesson 2

Social Studies-continue learning about the - Presidential Election Process

          Presidential research due Fri. 10/5/12
